Terms of Service

1. Services

VVVB Solutions ("we", "us") provides web design, development, branding, SEO, and related digital services to clients ("you"). All work is governed by a project agreement confirmed via email or written proposal.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required before any work begins.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery, before the site goes live.
  • Payments accepted via Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
  • All prices are in CAD. GST/HST applies to Canadian clients.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $99 CAD/hour.

4. Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment, you own 100% of the delivered website, code, and design assets. We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Free Maintenance Period

The free maintenance period included in each package begins on the date the website goes live. It covers software updates, security patches, weekly backups, and up to 2 hours of content changes per month. It does not cover redesigns, new pages, or feature development.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content (text, images, logos) required for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by late content may extend the project timeline. We are not liable for copyright infringement on content supplied by the client.

7. Cancellations

If you cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation point will be invoiced pro-rata if it exceeds the deposit amount.

8. Limitation of Liability

VVVB Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
